| Recent years,facilities cultivation technique has been widely applied in our country, Tomato is the main crop in greenhouse in Daqing area, because of the special ecological environment of greenhouse soil, Daqing soil salinization is more serious, prone to continuous cropping obstacles, thus affecting soil quality and crop growth restriction. In this experiment, chose the main representative of the solar greenhouses in Daqing area, studied the variations of soil microbial flora,enzyme activity and physicochemical properties activities of Tomato in different planting years,using pot experiment, apply different concentrations of phosphogypsum, acetic acid and He Kang three representative soil amendments to tomato soil for five years, study soil microbial traits,physicochemical properties and growth of tomato seedlings soil. To lay the theoretical foundation for solving the problem of greenhouse soil continuous cropping obstacles. The results showed that:1.With the planting years increasing, the number of bacteria, fungi and soil physicochemical available potassium, available phosphorus, available nitrogen,organic matter, salt content showed an increasing trend, and those in the greenhouse of 10 years being 2.14,1.33,2.18,2.09,1.96,2.86,9.5 times of the control, the soil pH was on the contrary, the greenhouse of planting 10 years decreased by 0.64 in comparison with CK, but the number of actinomycetes reached the maximum in the fifth year and seventh year, increased firstly and then decreased, with a significant increment of 34.12% and 44.26%, respectively, as compared to the control. The activities of soil catalase, surase, urease, alkaline phosphatase activity increased first and then decreased.2.With the increase of soil depth, the number of soil microorganisms,available potassium,available phosphorus, available nitrogen, organic matter content and salinity showed a decreasing trend, the water content and pH value showed an increasing trend. The number of soil microbial and chemical properties at the same year in different regions and different depth are not the same.3.The soil enzymes surase and bacteria, urease and actinomycetes showed significant positive correlation level. Surase and actinomycete,urease and bacteria had a significant positive correlation. Catalase and three types of soil microorganisms was positively correlated, did not reach significant level. The fungi and sucrase, urease negative correlation relationship.4.The results showed that,the application of phosphogypsum and soil conditioner He Kang, the number of available soil microflora significantly increased (P<0.05), soil orga nic matter and nutrients also significantly increased (P<0.05), on the growth of a certain facilitating role. After the application of acetic acid treatment, mainly a significant reduc tion in the number of groups of soil microorganisms, significantly reduced soil pH and o ther nutrients on the growth,, no significant role in promoting. On the whole, the effect of improving health He Kang soil conditioner is best, C3 was the best treatment, followe d by phosphogypsum. |
