Pinus koraiensis Sieb.et Zucc, belongs to pinus of pinaceae, it is a kind of arbor which greens all over the year, and is the most important trees planting in north-east of China. The seed of the tree is very tasty, it can promise longevity, and cures rheumatism, giddness, comfortable of vital organs, it dodge the cold symptoms, moistens your skin. Pinus's seed has hard rind, so it isn't easy to use it. The author researched it in abstraction isolation, purification and anti-oxidation.The author abstract the rind with super critical, abstract with solvent ultrasonic extraction. The author use different solvent in abstract. The abstract with distilled water and alcohol has better effection. While the temperature is 40℃, the pressure is 30MPa, or the time is 90min, abstract in super critical has better effection. While the power is 160W, the proportion between solid and liquid is 1:12, the time is 60min, and the temperature is 35℃, abstract in ultrasonic extraction has better effection.In the test of anti-oxidation, while the pressure is 30MPa, temperature is 35℃, the time is 90min, the rind-oil abstracted by super critical has a better effect in anti-oxidate test. When put 0.6% rind-oil in soybean oil, there has the best effection in test. Abstract with distilled water and alcohol has a better effect on anti-oxidation. The rind-oil abstracted with ultrasonic extraction has better anti-oxidate than abstracted with solvent.In study of purification, polyamide resin are used in optimization of chromatography. When alcohol flowing the polyamide resin with different consistency in 3mL every miniate, 18 compounds are founded, they have different light spectrum characteristic.In the experiment of the function mechanism of the 18 compounds, the ability of scavengering free radical , the activity of SOD, and the ability of resisting peroxide negative ion are studied. Eight samples in the compounds have s strong ability in anti-oxidation.Study with the compounds who has better anti-oxidation. The ability of anti-oxidation are coming from unsaturated polyenoid system and adjacent phenolic hydroxyl of benzene ring, the number of the hydroxy determined the ability of anti-oxidation.
