The Design And Research Of Agricultural Plant Diseases And Insect Pests Image Long-distance Transmission System

Using information and communicating technology establish agriculture plant disease and insect pests image long-distance transmission system is the effective way and method for solves our country low technical culture quality of farmers which needs expert that unable to go to the farm to carry on the living production instruction for the restriction of region and population in crop plant diseases. Now, for the line-wire communication cable is unable to cover the major farmland, the wireless WAN technology is the only way to transmit the image of farmland, but the shortcoming of wireless communication network is the narrow bandwidth, easy to vibrate, the low transmission efficiency , hard to transmits the great data . Generally, the original bitmap file of plant disease image unable to guarantee the quality and the precision of image though the transmitted data of traditional compressed image is small.So how to solves the image transmission quality with the wireless narrow bandwidth has become one key question of this paper.In view of the question, by analysis of the international and domestic research in image transmission system, this paper attempts to put forward and design the framework system of plant diseases and insect pests image data based on concepts of image transmission system and relative theory. The system not only have saved the network bandwidth,but also have improved the transmission efficiency and quality of data by using effective still image compress standard. The research of this paper mainly include: 1. The significance, content and method research of agricultural plant diseases and insect pests image long-distance transmission system. 2. System analysis,system function and the research of structural design of agricultural plant diseases and insect pests image long-distance transmission system. 3.The research of static state image compression, wireless WAN data transmission,TCP jam management mechanism,image transmission system overhead construction in agricultural plant diseases and insect pests image long-distance transmission system, by testing,the JPEG2000 compress arithmetic adopted by system has realized 120:1 image compression ratio and has resolved the question of transmission efficiency and quality of image with the wireless narrow bandwidth in prototype.This paper divides into seven parts in the structure.
