The disposal of urban living waste is a universal problem to face for human beings, it is directly related whether population, resources and environment can develop in phase. At present, although all countries in the world are looking for effective means to solve this problem, but by now the main approach are still landfill and incineration. These have brought the city lots of negative effects to the ecological environment of city. People more and more realize that the living waste actually is available recourses for us. Using waste to produce waste compost and using them in agriculture is the new way to dispose living waste. The NanGong waste compost factory is the largest one in Beijing. On the base of a comprehensive study and chemistry on the compost, we found that the quality of waste compost is very low and the hazardous substances in it (such as heavy metals, etc.) are much over ranged. It's necessary and urgent to increase the nutrition in the waste compost and transform it into a highly efficient waste compound. Take urban living waste as the resources and use them in agriculture. This article mainly studied the fertility of the new waste compound, and the best way to use it. At last we raised a plan to build the expert system of the new waste compound.Use the waste compost as material, add organic matter, nutrition elements, and liquid maintaining and produce new waste compound. We design experiment to confirm the fertility of it and the best way to use it. The first experiment has four different fertilizers disposals with same N, P, K, including CK, urban waste Compound fertilizer disposal, urban waste Compost disposal, chemical fertilizer disposal, planting summer maize aims to study the effects of urban waste compound fertilizer on soil fertility, including finding out the different bearing characters and yields of the four disposals, changes of the nutrients in the soil after harvest. The results show, compared with chemical fertilizer and waste compost, the yields of summer maize were much increased, especially organic material and total nitrogen in the soil were much enhanced by using urban waste compost and its compound fertilizer. The waste compound has gained...
