With the development of computer and information technology and the broadcast of Agriculture Digital concept, computer is widely used in agriculture. Equilibrium fertilization technology is considered as an important part of Agriculture Digital and sophisticated modern fertilization technology, and expert fertilization recommendation system based on GIS is also considered as a useful way to popularize it. GIS is a new hotspot of computer science and geography. It is a development direction to apply GIS technology into agriculture to solve the problem such as agriculture planning and decision, technology extension, fertilization recommendation, production forecast, etc.In this article, the study about fertilization recommendation system, expert system, system integration is involved. On the basis of this study, with the research results in many years in lab of information, is established, it have two parts—decision support system of integrated GIS technology and expert system based on PAID development platform. The main results are as follows:1,Taking the 81th regiment of the 5th Agricultural Shi as base in Xinjiang, collected much more information which is needed to establish system, then making information input computer which involved soil fertility, grow breeds of every year, information of plant diseases and insect pests, basic information of cotton lands, etc, at last taking all information input Access database and complete design and foundation of database. Taking map of needed vectorization to scan and become image layer, using MapInfo of GIS soft and screen digital technology change image layer into GIS data layer, last input fields information which corresponds with GIS layer for established attributive database of GIS.2,Integrate Delphi & MapInfo through OLE technology, make Access as based information database and MapInfo as spatial attributive database, design and establish cotton fertilization recommendation decision support system in visual program environment through integrated Delphi & MapInfo, system can carry out fertilization recommendation of cotton, management of GIS information, management of database, print report, etc when it finished.3,Integrate and assembly expert knowledge of management in cotton field and crop fertilization, make use of technology of PAID development platform of agriculture expert embed MapX component of GIS and SQL 2000 database, establish cotton fertilization recommendation expert system based on Internet, realize long-distance expert fertilization recommendation and information query, etc. The system is not only realize long-distance share of expert knowledge but find well theory base for developed others corps or types for the future.
