The paper classify and analysis the planting areas, productivity of the rapeseed in Guizhou, based on the latest 20 years of data collected from Guizhou Year Book, rapeseed regional experiments, related paper, reports and survey questionnaires. AHP, theory of least factor evaluation, integrated index system evaluation were used to analysis and evaluate the effect and contribution rate for the techniques for rapeseeds production in Guizhou province (B1 means fertilization, B2 means variety renew, B3means cultivation and B4 means pest and disease control) .The application of rapeseeds production techniques: The popularization rate of hybrid rapeseeds is 80% in terms of planting areas in Guizhou; The implementation of the balanced fertilization is not enough; The popularization rate of reasonable density is about 80%,; and the understanding for the rapeseed seeding time is above 90%; Popularization rate of transplanting is 95.6% for the planting areas of rapeseed; non-tillage popularization is 5.52%; pests and diseases control is about 20%.The evaluation of production techniques: The result of AHP shows, for the rank of rule, fertilizer has highest contribution (41.04%), variety ranks second with contribution rate of 34.29%, planting techniques and pest and disease control rank the last with contribution rate 18.74% and 5.92%. In the rank of measurement, hybrid variety has highest effect for the yield, with contribution rate 27.12%, second is N fertilizer 17.42%, density 9.46,normal species 7.17%,organic manure 6.75%,phosphate fertilizer 6.67%,potash fertilizer 6.00%,seeding time 4.18%,boron fertilizer 5.25%, non-tillage cultivation 2.85%, pest control 3.07%,diseases control 2.75%, transplanting 2.25%.Analysis based on the theory of least factor Shows, the key techniques or bottle-neck restrict techniques effect the yield of rapeseed in Guizhou are as follow: first is fertilization techniques, second is renew of varieties, and the last is reasonable planting density. Analysis according to the integrated index system evaluation, renew of variety is the key technique to improve the yield from low level to medium level of productivity, fertilization and suitable density are the techniques increase the yield from medium level to high level. Combination of the variety renew, fertilization and suitable density are the techniques to improve the yield from high to super high yield. For the technique of variety, fertilization and density, the fertilization technique is most difficult and uncontrollable, it is the key and un-altemative also bottle-neck restrict technique to increase the yield from low to high and super high.
