In order to study the effects of rape planting on flue-cured tobacco growth and quality in Ziyun of Guizhou.In this experiment,The effects of rape natural litter,rape straw and rapeseed residues on the growth period,economical character,economic character,physical behavior,content of conventional chemical component,availability of chemical composition and polyphenol content of flue-curred tobacco were systematic studied.we also research the effects of straw back plus chemical fertilizer on flue-cured tobacco growth and quality.The main findings are as follows:Rape natural litter is advantageous to the growth of flue-cured tobacco in the later period,and against the growth in the early and medium period.Rape natural litter can extend the growth period for 1 day,improve the leaf length,leaf width,stem content,moisture content,reducing sugar and potassium content.reduce tobacco leaf weight,leaf thickness and nicotine content.Significantly increase the content of chemical components availability and polyphenols content.To improve the proportion of superior tobacco,the proportion of superior tobacco,average price and output.The ratio of tobacco leaf chemical components availability index at levels?and ?increased by 2.95% and 3.03% respectively,at levels ? and ? reduced by 7.01% and 1.04% respectively.Rape straw can promote the growth of flue-cured tobacco in the whole period.Rape straw can extend the growth period for 4 day,improve the leaf length,leaf width,leaf weight,leaf thickness,moisture content,the content of total sugar,nicotine and potassium content.reduce tobacco stem content,total nitrogen and starch content.Significantly increase the content of chemical components availability and polyphenols content.To improve the proportion of superior tobacco,the proportion of superior tobacco,average price and output.The ratio of tobacco leaf chemical components availability index at levels?and ?increased by 2.02% and 0.98% respectively,at levels ? and ? reduced by 1.99% and 1.01% respectively.Rapeseed residues can against the growth of flue-cured tobacco in the early and medium period.Rapeseed residues can improve the content of nicotine and starch content.reduce tobacco leaf length,leaf weight and the moisture content.Significantly reduce the content of chemical components availability and polyphenols content.To reduce the proportion of superior tobacco,the proportion of superior tobacco,average price and output.The ratio of tobacco leaf chemical components availability index at levels?and?reduced by 6.96% and 7.00% respectively,at levels ? and ? increased by 6.99% and 6.97% respectively.Rape straw returned plus reduced nitrogen have significant impact on the growth period,agronomic traits,disease epidemic,physical properties,chemical composition,chemical composition content availability and polyphenols content of flue-cured tobacco.The CCUI in different nitrogen level was shown as: N8>N6>N10>N4> CK>N2>N0 and the tobacco polyphenols was shown as: N8>N6>N10>CK>N4>N2>N0.The integrated analysis showed that reduced by 20%-40% nitrogen fertilizer based on rape straw returned can reduce the dosage of chemical fertilizer and improbe the quality of tobacco leaves.
