This article uses three factors orthogonals experiment, two factors returns most superior experiment, and so on laboratory leaf tobacco chemical composition quality analysis. Study on five technical measures to the flue-cured tobacco. Study about the time of pinching off the terminal buds, study the number of being kept when we pinch the terminal buds off and the opportune moment of foot leaves being plucked. Spray the potassium dihydrogen phosphate on the top leaf's surface, spread the naphthylacetic acid on the cross section when pinches off the terminal buds.In order to clarify the influence rules of these technical measures initialing to the flue-cured tobacco and the influences rules of these technical measures initialing to the top and middle leaves' nicotine and other main chemical compositions. At the same time found can both reduce the top leaves' nicotine of flue-cured tobacco and to be able well guarantee the good technical combination and good affects on the middle and top leaves, to provide the scientific basis for solving the content excessively high prominent question about the flue-cured tobacco production upside nicotine. The test result indicated that, Experiments in the one postponing the time of being pinched off the terminal buds can reduce on the top leaves' nicotine obviously, while pinching off the terminal buds too late, middle leaves' quality would be in the adverse effects, generally pinching off the terminal buds when the first flower is flowering is good. More leaves being kept can obviously reduce the top leaves' nicotine. The influence of foot leaf's plucking time is not remarkable. Experiments two, spraying the potassium dihydrogen phosphate on the top leaf's surface and spreading the naphthylacetic acid on the cross section when pinches off the terminal buds are able to reduce the top leaves' nicotine of flue-cured tobacco obviously, at the same time can obviously enhance the leaf potassium ion content, two measures unions uses when the effect is better. Two experiments all state that generally the influence to middle leaves are far lower than the influence to the upside leaves. The gray judgment obtains processing 4, 5, 6 in experiment one and processing 4,5, 6 in experiment two is the good combination technical.
