In this ten years, many heterocycle compounds were discovered and developed to be high activity fungicides, especially heterocycle compounds containing nitrogen. Triazole compounds have high activity, broad application, long persistence, and low harm to environment. They are good pesticide to protect and cure plants from diseases.10% Score WG was developed by Switzerland Giba-Geiby. Now it has been used in many counties on orchard, vegetables and crops.In this art icle, we did the following work: (a) the fields experiment of 10% Score WG on watermelons; (b) analytical method of 10% Score WG in soil, whole watermelon, peels and pulp of watermelons using Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) and Gas Chromatograph (GC).The results indicated that the half-life is 17.6d in soil and 1.9d in whole watermelons in Guiyang, Huaxi China. In different dosages and different interval to harvest, the residue level of 10% Score WG in the samples is below 0.2mg/kg which is the Maximum Residue Limit by EU. So the recommended dosages of 100g.a.i/ha is safe on watermelons in Guiyang.This article studied the method of extraction and purification of 10% Score WG on whole watermelons, peel and pulp, studied the suitable condition on GC, and find scientific thereunder for suitable use of 10% Score WG.
