B is the important element of tobacco,having an important on the growth and quality,if B is undersupply or excess , the tobacco physiological function destroied. A number of studies showed that there is lack to makf soil-fertility-tobacco as a systerm to study,so form the realization of thinking much of fertility and less the ability to hold and supply nutrient .so therer is important theory and operation significance for disclosing the nutrition mechanism of B ,using fertilizer fairly ,improving the nutrition efficiency and controlling the pollution of B to study the physicochemical behaviour and the interaction with tobacco based on the internal logic of soil-plant.During 2003-2005,sampling soil of tobacco from Chongqing ,for inverstigate into the shape, content distributing and absorb-desorption of boric ,adoping pot experiment to study the biological effectiveness . The resultion indicate :1. The morphological characteristics of boron in tobacco soil at ChongqingThe B of the soil in chongqing is lack very much, 75.74% soil is lack of B, the proporption of the content of efficient B is less of 5%, and the efficient content of B is different in different soil: the purple soil>yellow soil>yelllowwishbrown soil. There has a signal positive correlation between the content of watersoluble B and organic content; There has a signal negative correlation between the content of watersoluble B and efficient K; There has a signal positive correlation between the content of MgO-binding B and organic content, a signal positive correlation between the content of MgO-binding B and organic content; There has a signal positive correlation between the content of full B and full K. There has a positive correlation between the content of watersoluble B and full B; between the content of watersoluble B and silicate-binding B; There has a positive correlation between the content of full B and silicate-binding B; there has not correlation among the other forms.2.
