Cucumber origins from the subtropics and is thermophilic vegetable with optimum temperature 25~30℃ and injury temperature 35℃. In recent years the cucumber protectorate production vigorous development, seedling in the summer or autumn cucumber often meet the high temperature weather, and often is accompanied by the arid occurrence that creates to the cucumber production affects greatly. Under the adverse circumstance, the oxalic acid and the proline to the vegetable crop membrane penetrability and the oxydase active influence very is rarely reported, but salicylic acid in resistance aspect research that concentrates in disease resistant and the cold resistance aspect, the heat resistance or drought resistance studies really few. Exogenous material mutually comparison is reported rarely. Therefore this experiment used three kind of matter to carry on seed soakting and the leaf surface spurted process, and determined some physiological biochemistry targets, the exploration seed time and seedling stage processing was suitable the exogenous material and its was suitable the density, explored the salicylic acid, the oxalic acid and the proline initially was enhanced the cucumber thermal stability, the drought resistance aspect physiological mechanism, and for further explore the adverse circumstance signal matter mixing to provide some references.This experiment used the salicylic acid, the oxalic acid and the proline to carry on to the cucumber seeds soakting process as well as the leaf surface spurted process, studied its seedling to force in the high temperature and arid forces in the lower part of the body SOD, CAT, MDA, Pro, the conductivity as well as appearance of the water in the leaf change and its with the exogenous material relations, for reduced the high temperature and drought took the measure to the cucumber seedling's injury to provide the theory basis. The signal conduction way research is now one of molecular biology popularly, and the signal transmission the member mainly is the small molecular matter, belongs to the secondary metabolite. The signal member may proliferate in the intercellular, also may transmit through the conducting tissue to the distant place organ. This study selected the salicylic acid, the oxalic acid and the proline. They enhanced the plant resistance the certain effect, moreover price inexpensive, was easy to obtain and promote. Through the test result analysis, the conclusion is as follows:1. In experimental density scope, 1.0 mmoL.L-1, 2.0 mmol.L-1, 4.0 mmol.L-1 salicylic acid seed soakting that can improve the seedling the growth condition remarkably, cause the plant low and sturdy, and form the positive promoter action.
