As contradiction between forest protection and lumber demand increasing, people urgently need to find a way out . Two presently available means: firstly, using the technology to expand the processing object and transforming the inferiority or the inferior material into useful timber, for example, people can produce using hemp pole, straw, branch, bark and so on;secondly,using the anticorrosion, insect proof, mildew proof chemical reagent to lengthen service life of lignin material.For example,using antiseptic such as ACQ, CCA, AAC, CDDC, CTL, IPBC and so on to lengthen service life lignin material. The main study of this paper is:First, it is to produce the soluble environmental protection compound modifier by adding the CHC chemical additive, which is taking the ACQ antiseptic and the environmental protection urea resin (UF) as the component, the goal is: the UF must achieve the El level environmental protection target, the ACQ antiseptic must achieve the American AWPA standard, the CHC chemical additive should not be pollution or none-toxic to environment and can not affect ACQ and the UF performance.Second, it is to press the environmental protection compound modifier into using the vacuum impregnation, explores its optimal craft parameter, and carries on the strengthened physical mechanics performance and the scanning electronic microscope. The optimized craft parameter is: Soak pressure is 0. 6Mpa, pressure time is 2h, the proportion between ACQ and UF (liquid volume proportion) is 4.The result of examination show that each mechanical performance was enhanced by the strengthening soaking,the cross grain compressive strength, MOE, MOR, abrasion amount in the edge grain surface and flat grain surface increase 21%, 11.2%, 32.9%, 160%, 162% respectively. From microscopic structure analysis by SEM, good permeability was acquired.Third, it is to carry on processing to explore its surface densified craft optimal technical of compared the result of treated wood and controled one. The experiment indicated that the most optimal technical parameters were: the moisture content was 15%, the immersing time was 4min, the time which the microwave heats up was 1min,the hot-press time was 15min.Each target has increased above 50% compared to the controled material.
