Fritillaria ussuriensis Maxim is one of the most important geo-herbal medicinal plants in northeast china, but some questions are not been systematic studies. These are which type of fat should be fertilized, what the best content is, which kind of the model of fertilization is more economical, and how fertilization will affect the growing of F. ussuriensis, the absorption characteristics of nutrition elements, the yield, medicinal materials and economic benefit of F. ussuriensi. Therefore, the systematic studies on nutrition management in F. ussuriensis can establish scientific and reasonable cultivating measure, improve the yield and quality of F. ussuriensis medicinal .At the same time, the achievement can provide scientific foundation for standardization cultivation of F. ussuriensis. On the basis of origins investigation, field fertilization experiment and chemical analysis in laboratory, systematic studies were carried out on the soil chemical and physical characteristics in different origins of F. ussuriensis, nutrition characteristics of different origins of F. ussuriensis, mineral element nutrition characteristics and field fertilization strategy of cultivating F. ussuriensis. The investigation plots covered 18 counties from Tonghua City in Jilin Province to Tieli City in Heilongjiang Province. Field experiment was located in experiment base of Jilin Agriculture.F. ussuriensis mainly grows on acidity soil and the soil Ph-value is 6.54.its changing scope from6.13-6.19. The average of available nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium in soil are 308.5mg/kg,323.0mg/kg, 657mg/kg. Comparing to mineral of whole country in the soil, the concentrations of boron, calcium and sodium are higher, which the average are 0.22mg/g, 10.2 mg/g, 13.1mg/g; but the concentrations of iron, magnesium, manganese, zinc and potassium are comparatively lower, which the average are 5.4mg/g, 4.81mg/g, 0.76 mg/g, 0.16 mg/g, 6.30mg/g. The concentrations of heavy metal elements in origins soil are within the limit. The soil texture difference among nine-origins reaches significant level. The average of boron, calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, zinc, potassium, nitrogen and phosphorus in F. ussuriensis are 0.006mg/g, 1.31 mg/g,0.61 mg/g, 1.16 mg/g, 0.03 mg/g, 0.16 mg/g, 18.5 mg/g, 27.42 mg/g, 4.44 mg/g. The concentrations of heavy metal elements in F. ussuriensis are...
