Fritillaria ussuriensis maxim is not only a large amount of medicinal materials inthe north of China, but also a very important sanitarian material. With the increase ofthe medicinal and economic value through the deep research on Fritillaria ussuriensismaxim and the continuous enlargement of the market demand in recent years, the lowyield and unstable quality have resulted from the different levels of cultivationtechnique. This paper provides scientific evidence for the standard cultivation ofFritillaria ussuriensis through the study on the key techniques of harmless standardcultivation of Fritillaria ussuriensis maxim. The results of the experiments are asfollows:1. The results from the research on the main production area of Fritillariaussuriensis maxim in Jilin province shows that the best cultivation ways are ridgecultivation, horizontal sowing in narrow strips on semi-rigid land base and fertilizerbase, In these ways, the yields are all above 2kg/m~2 and 3 times higher in productionthan that in the old garden with high output and quality and low diseases.2. It was observed that the order of nutrition absorption is N, P, K along the wholegrowth. The N, K were absorbed most in the sprout budding phase. The accumulationratio of N is especially high, the accumulation ratio of N, P, K is 13.3:1:6. the prolongof growth period, the contents of N, P, K will depress gradually and be the lowest in thefruiting period.3. The best base fertilizer is barnyard manure, the others are in order of basefertilizer effects as following: human beings', pigs' and green manure; the bulb yieldincreased by 52%,43%and 36%respectively; the contents of biological alkali in bulbshave increased by 24%, 21%, 22%and 19%than that of comparison.4. EM(Effective Micro-organism) ferilizer, eccentric fertilizer and golden Earthbiological foliar fertilizer were applied to the cultivation of Fritillaria ussuriensisMaxim, it shows that 300 times diluted solution of EM is the best,next is 1500 timesdiluted eccentric Fertilizer and 200 times diluted EM(Effective Micro-organism), thecontents of biological Alkaloids has increased by 30%,26%and 24%on the basis ofcomparison; From the view of yield, the effects of EM 300 times diluted solution are the most significant, the second is the EM 200 times, eccentric fertilizer 1500 times andGolden Earth 1500 times, which are in order of percentage as following: 25%,21%,20%and 18%.5. The best medicament and concentration compositions to prevent the rustdisease of Fritillaria ussuriensis are in order efficiency are as following: Dubangfuxingdiluted 3000 times, 25%Fenriuning of 500 times and the N.2 Liuxiang of 600 times,whose control effects are 90.3%, 84%and 82%respectively. The desirable medicamentand its concentration compositions against the sclerotium disease are 50%Sukeling of500 times and 4%Junheli of 400 times,whose control effect is 86.9%and 82.3%respectively。...
