With maize as the indicative plant and black soil as the test soil in the Jilin Province, discussed the effect of maize rhizotaxis growth on soil physical properties at different bulk density with the method of the cultivate soil column and field model experiment. It mainly researched: 1) It was cultivated at the bulk density of 1.1g/cm~3,1.2 g/cm~3,1.3 g/cm~3 and designed to study the effect of maize rhizotaxis growth and decomposing on soil physical properties, through the test of root biomass and soil water characteristic curves , the soil saturated hydraulic conductivities and soil water stable aggregates.2) The influence of different bulk density on the physical properties by testing the absorption of nitrogen, phosphorus and kalium in plant and the soil phosphorus enzyme activity and the effect of different root system biomass decomposing and soil-frozen and soil-thawed on the soil physical properties and biological activities. 3) It was studied the black soil and alluvial soil aerate rate under different soil moisture content of 9.84%, 13.84%, 17.84%, 21.84%, 25.84%, 29.84% as well as different bulk density conditions. The purpose of this article was to analysis the otherness of soil bulk density to maize rhizotaxis biomass in maize continuous cropping area, then research the effect of different maize rhizotaxis biomass on the soil physical properties and partial soil biological activity and soil fertility. The major results were summarized as follows:1. The result of test soil physical properties for the cultivate soil canister indicated: 1)The result of testing soil water characteristic curves indicated: within the range of low soil moisture suction, the soil bulk density decreased with the increasing of soil moisture content. 2) The result of test soil saturated hydraulic conductivities indicated: The soil saturated hydraulic conductivity raised evidently through root decomposing and soil frozen and thawed conditions. And during the soil frozen and thawed, the soil saturated hydraulic conductivity increased obviously. 3) The result of test water stable aggregates indicated: the effect of root decomposing was favorable for promoting water stable aggregates, so may ameliorate soil fertilization in some extent.2. The research of model test and field model experiment indicated that the bulk density had the great effect on the root biomass , the root dry weight, root volume and total surface area decreased with the increasing bulk density .The absorption of nitrogen, phosphorus and...
