Actinidia deliciosa var. colons, which is very rarely and valuable, is a kind of the red core variety of A. deliciosa var. deliciosa. Five A. deliciosa var. coloris materials 'Hongmei', TJ-DA-19, TJ-DA-54, TJ-DA-75 and Ckou-DA-18 and three A. deliciosa var. deliciosa cultivars 'Chuanmi 1', 'Qinmei' and 'Hayward' were used as materials to ravel their genetic relationship and diversity by RAPD and SNP . The aim of the study is to give some theory bases of making use of the germplasm and selecting the parents of hybridization. The results were as follows:First, of the 120 random primers screened, 18 primers exhibited sufficient polymorphic band patterns. A total of 242 RAPD bands were generated by 18 selected arbitrary primers, among which 206 bands were polymorphic. The average numbers of band patterns observed per primer were 13.4 with a range from 5 to 18. The results showed that the genetic relationship and diversity between A. deliciosa var. coloris and A. deliciosa var. deliciosa were very complex. The genetic distance between 'Hongmei' and TJ-DA-54 was the nearest, while CKou-DA-18 and 'Qinmei' was the farthest. The relationship between the RAPD results and the materials' morphology and original distribution were discussed in this thesis.Second, the primers for amplifying conserved sequences of the cytochrome c biogenesis genes of eight materials of Actinidia had been designed, named ccb203F (5'-ASGTTCTACGGACCGATGCC-3') and ccb203R ( 5'-CACGGGGAGGGAGC RGGCGA-3' ) .
