Cardamine macrophylla , a perennial plant, was a wild vegetable & Chinese traditional medicine which distributed in the narrow space, and growing in high elevation which need permeable soil, enough water supplies & the shade circumstances. To provide science evidence and theory support for exploiting and utilizing the wild vegetable resource. We select 5 Elevations(600m 1,500m 1,760m 1,920m 2,100m) .Content of nutrientsubstance and secondary compounds from different elevations were analyzed. The relation between elevations and content of nutrientsubstance , endogenous hormone ,as well as photosynthetic characteristics were researched. Our research (2004- 2005) chose 3 place contained YaAn , YingJing and TianQuan.which were individually established at different yearly mean temperature of 16.2°C 13.6°C 15.1°C, The results were as below:1.The Influence of Various Altitudes on the Nutrients of Cardamine macrophyllaVitamin C and Elevations, Vitamin pp and Elevations were correlated linearly, and different of altitude is distinct.other Nutrients and Elevations were not correlated linearly, but different of altitude is distinct except IDF. Compared with Elevation disparity ,area disparity of ash was bigger. As the height elevated, Content of protein, ash,IDF and vitamin pp all reduced, antithetical content of fat,SDF, vitamin C vitamin B6 all increased. Compared with two domestication, It's better that Cardamine macrophylla transplanted to the 1,500m, which was remain at seedlings stage, contained...
