The rate of reduced flower bud differentiation and the lower output of mango, causesed by the insufficient lower temperature in winter. It is an urgent question need to solut in current production of mango, and the goods value droped greatly due to the four seasons honey mango can't centralized flowering season in the production. In order to solve these two problems, Using Purple flower Mango and Four seasons honey Mango as materials in Nanjing, on the basil of climate characteristic and ecology and biology speciality of Mango in Nanjing, researched the Fruit maturity regulation and the mechanism of flower bud differentiation of mango by using different concentration and different ratio of PP333,B9, ethylene. The results show as:1.The result indicate that with treating PP333 on the root system by infusion, the force injection, used in soil and injected into big shoot, after mango harvested, the result showed that the root system infusion, the force injection, using in soil and injecting into big shoot, the average number of flower is 189.70, 170.70, 168.50, 177.30 and 5.30 compared with comparion trees respectively, the ratio of flowering reached 100%, the flowered number of treatment with root system infusion is higher than others treatments.2. The no blossoming mango used PP333 in soil in Spring, The result indicated that each the average number of blooming tree reaches 206 in June, the fruit harvested on September 9th,The average output of pertree is 25.6kg, and The contral have no flower.3. Treating four seasons honey mango with different concentration of PP333,The results show that each treatment caused the four seasons honey mango flowering season ahead of time 10 to 45 days, moreover, the ratio of blooming trees reached 100%,the treatment with 250 mg/L PP333 adjust the flowering season well and best in fruit number.
