Aiming at the problems of poor fruit quality,poor flower bud differentiation and poor overwintering of trees in grape cultivation such as ’Shine Muscat’in cold region,the following studies were carried out in this paper:’ Shine Muscat’ ’Beni Fuji’and’Zhuosexiang’ were used as test materials.Different ratios of growth regulators such as gibberellin(GA3),forchlorfenuron(CPPU)and thidiazuron(TDZ)were dipped in the flowering period.Its effects on inflorescence and fruit development were analyzed;’Shine Muscat’ and’Ri 150’ were used as test materials.Abscisic acid(ABA),ethephon(ETH)and thidiazuron were sprayed on the leaves of grapes at the late growth stage,and shading treatment with shading net was carried out.The effects of different technical measures on promoting branch maturation were analyzed.The main research findings are as follows:In the experiment of improving fruit quality,treatment 6(The first period uses 15mg/L GA3,and the second period uses 50mg/L GA3+1.5mg/L TDZ+3.5mg/L CPPU)had the better effect.The use of drugs is divided into two periods:Dip 15mg/L GA3 in the initial flowering stage;The second period is the peak flowering period when GA3,TDZ,and CPPU are soaked in a combination of 9 combinations.After comparison of treatment effects,The results indicate that:Treatment 6 significantly elongated the inflorescence of grapes;increased the size of fruit ears and fruit grains;improved the content of soluble solids,soluble sugars,and vitamin C in fruits;reduced the content of organic acids in the fruit;improved the quality of the fruit.After treatment with exogenous plant growth regulators,embryos and seeds undergo abortion to produce seedless fruits,while the seeds contain a large amount of organic acids nearby,which greatly reduces the content of organic acids in the fruits and improves the quality of the fruits to a certain extent.After treatment,the content of IAA,GA3,and ZT in the fruit increased compared to CK,while the content of ABA decreased.By applying exogenous plant growth regulators,the contents of IAA,GA3 and ZT in the fruit were significantly increased,the content of ABA was decreased,the fruit development was regulated,the seedless fruit was formed,and the fruit quality was improved.In promoting branch maturation experiments,abscisic acid treatment and three-layer shading net treatment have the better effect.After fruit harvesting,different plant growth regulators and agronomic measures are used on the leaf surface.Plant growth regulators were treated with foliar spraying of defoliating substances such as ABA,ETH,and TDZ,with 6 treatments set up;The agricultural measures adopt shading treatment,with three treatments:single layer shading,double layer shading,and triple layer shading.After comparing the treatment effects,the results show that:After the treatment of abscisic acid treatment and three-layer shading,the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein in branches increased,the activities of peroxidase(POD),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)were increased,MDA content decreased,thereby regulating the osmotic potential of the plant,effectively inhibit membrane lipid peroxidation,accelerate the maturity of grape branches.After treatment,the content of IAA,ZT and GA3 in branches decreased,and the content of ABA increased.Through the application of exogenous plant growth regulators and shading treatment,the content of GA3,IAA and ZT in annual branches was significantly reduced,the content of ABA was increased,the accumulation of nutrient content was promoted,and the activity of antioxidant enzymes in branches was increased.The content of malondialdehyde was reduced by 28.23%-60.00%,which promoted the maturation of grape branches and enhanced the cold resistance of trees.The germination rate of plants in the second year increased by 15.19%-17.35%.
