Patients in bed for a long time and limited activity,which make the body of the sacral tail,hip and heel bony bump easy to compress,and thus become a good location of pr-essure ulcers.Extemal force is developed the main external cause,including pressure,she-ar force and friction.The vertical pressure is the primary factor.Therefore,the focus on the prevention and nursing of pressure ulcersis pressure relief.External cause includ-ing moisture,acute stress,anesthesia,surgery.Internal cause is mainly based on age, weight,nutritional,disease primarily.The mechanism of pressure sores is complex.mainly including is chemic damage theory,theory of is chemia-reperfusion injury,cell deforma-tion theory, theory of deep tissue injury.In accordance with the damage degree,pressure ulcers can be divided into I-IV period.The National pressure ulcer guidance panel (National pressureulcer advisory panel,NPUAP) added to six period,namely suspicious deep tissue injury and an installment pressure ulcers.Treatment of pressure ulcers is given priority to with local wound treatment.1962 Winteill put forward the new theory of moist wound healing.He found the closed environment can form the wound the slight acidity of the low oxygen or relative lack of oxygen,which can inhibit bacteria growth,promote the growth of fibroblasts,and stimulate role of capillary proliferation. The application of new type of wet dressing got further development.Closed negative pressure suction technique (vasuum sealing drainage,the VSD) as a kind of new medic al technology,has been applied in clinical in many areas.VSD can protect the wound, inhibit bacteria reproduction,promote blood circulation,etc.But it is complex,expensive, which is not suitable for long-term use.Moxa-cigar suspended moxibustion for treat-ment of pressure ulcers has its unique advantages,not only easy to operate,low cost,but also for treatment of pressure ulcers effect is clear,easy to be used widely in clinical. Moxa-cigar is made of moxa and multiple traditional Chinese medicine,which has the function of WenTong meridian and promoting flow of qi and blood circulation,etc. Moxa-cigar suspended moxibustion of local application treat wound,which can be used to improve the local tissue blood circulationand helpful for fresh granulation growth. Otherwise,it can accelerate wound healing.This method is not only easy to operate,low cost,but also for the treatment of pressure ulcers effect is clear,which easy to be used widely in clinical.Objective:To observe the conventional western medicine iodine volts switching and moxa-cigar suspended moxibustion treatment curative effect difference of pressure ulcers,to explore the possible mechanism of action, so that the clinical promotion.Materials and methods:19 cases of patients with pressure ulcers were treated in the Dongzhimen Hospital from 2012 to 2014,including general surgery in 11 cases,peripheral vascular in 2 cases,3 cases of respiratory and emergency ICU patients in 3 cases.They were divided into the observation group and control group according to the principle of random,9 cases in control group and 10 cases in observation group.In the observation group of 10 cases of the object of study,6 cases of men,4 cases of women,aged 60-90,the average age was 78.7 years;In the control group in 9 cases of the object of study,men in 5 cases,female 4 cases,aged 66-86,the average age of 74.6 years,two groups of subjects of general data,such as gender, age,duration,etc,P>0.05,comparable.Control group after debridement for iodine volts treat-ment processing,sterile gauze fixed;Besides debridement,giving local article ai suspended moxibustion treatment, sterile gauze is fixed,the switching frequency of the two groups for 1 times a day,a course of 1 month.Results:The results showes:after 1 month of therapy,the cure rate and total effecti-ve rate of control group patients were 22.2% and 44.4%,significantly lower than the observation group was 70.0%、100.0%;the total cure time was(10.10±3.86)d in the con-trol group,and the observation group was(7.00±2.70)d,the difference was statistically significant (t=2.5,P=0.019<0.05).Conclusion:The application of moxa-cigar suspended moxibustion treatment of pr-essure ulcers can significantly shorten the healing time,improve the cure rate,reduce patient pain and make the patients recover at an early date. So it can be used widely in clinical work.
