1ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Wuweixiaoduyin gauze topical treatment of pressure ulcers2Methods90cases of patients with pressure ulcers were treated in the One surgical department of Dongzhimen Hospital Affliated to Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from January2011to January2013, they were divided into the observation group ang control group according according to the treatment methods, the observation group of46patients were given Wuweixiaoduyin gauze topical treatment, the control group of44cases patients with iodine volts gauze topical treatment. According to wound healing after treatment of1month to assess the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients, and the healing time of two groups of patients were compared.3resultsThe cure rate and total effective rate of control group patients were18.18%,72.27%, significantly lower than the observation group was65.22%,97.83%; the total cure time was (11.02+1.21) d in the control group, and the observation group was (6.05+1.05) d, the difference was statistically significant (t=6.28, P<0.05).4ConclusionsThe curative effect Wuweixiaoduyin gauze topical treatment of pressure ulcers is better, it is worthy of further clinical research.
