BackgroundWith the advent of new drugs and chemotherapy, chemotherapy in NSCLC patients has improved significantly, studies have shown that advanced age does not affect the efficacy of chemotherapy and survival, functional status and health is an important factor in the decision of the patient tolerated chemotherapy. Ratings reflect the nutritional status of the functional status of the human body to a certain extent, there is no nutritional status associated with chemotherapy tolerance relations.AimWhether on the nutritional status of patients with chemotherapy associated.MethodReview of medical records of China-Japan Friendship Hospital from January 1,2009 to December 31,2013 were investigated over 70 years of age and chemotherapy of advanced non small cell lung cancer patients, there were 45 cases with complete medical records of medical records, according to the evaluation of nutritional status, nutritional deficiencies were divided into three groups, normal nutrition control study, statistical analysis of correlation between nutritional status and efficacy of chemotherapy the tolerance of chemotherapy.ResultsIn 45 cases of medical records,15 cases of malnutrition, 19 cases of normal nutrition, nutrition in 11 cases.1, normal nutrition group DCR 73.68%, malnutrition group was 33.33%, the excess nutrient group was 36.36%, among them, normal nutrition group and malnutrition group, there was significant difference between nutrition group, no significant difference between malnutrition group and nutrition group; 2 normal nutrition group, the median TTF was 102 days, nutrition lack of nutrition group was 60 days,75 days in group, but no significant difference; 3, ratio of normal nutrition group had obvious side effects of chemotherapy was 26.32%, malnutrition group was 26.66%, the excess nutrient group was 27.27%, but the difference was not statistically significant; 4, nutrition normal group the incidence of side effects was 47.37%. Malnutrition group was 13.33%, the excess nutrient group was 63.64%, of which there were significant differences between the nutritional deficiency group and nutrition group, the rest were not statistically significant.ConclusionNutritional status score and efficacy of chemotherapy has a certain correlation; under different nutritional conditions, the incidence rate of adverse reactions is slightly different, but little difference; study found, the nutrition of the population with a complication rate is higher, in clinical treatment should consider the complications caused by harm; compared to other evaluation of patients with physical functional status, nutritional status score is simple, for clinical diagnosis and treatment has certain value.
