Objective:Observe whether there is any differences between the patients with Knee Osteoarthritis on pain symptoms, knee function and the relationship of patellofemoral joint through CT examination after the treatment of needle-knife therapy combined with exercise therapy.Method:The patients of this study was recruited from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Since May 2014 to January 2015. After all,48 patients met the inclusion criteria did not meet the exclusion criteria and signed informed consent at the same time. Measurement index comprise vas, Lequence index, Insall index, sulcus angle, congruence angle, lateral patellofemoral angle, patellar tilt angle, depth index, patellofemoral index and relocation of the patella. Results:There was no significant difference on depth index and femoral trochlear angle before and after the treatment of needle-knife therapy combined with exercise therapy and there were differences on vas, Lequence index, Insall index, sulcus angle, congruence angle, lateral patellofemoral angle, patellar tilt angle, patellofemoral index and relocation of the patella before and after the treatment of needle-knife therapy combined with exercise therapy. Conclusion:There are improvements in a short term of two weeks on account of the measurements of vas, Lequence index, Insall index, sulcus angle, congruence angle, lateral patellofemoral angle, patellar tilt angle, patellofemoral index and relocation of the patella.
