Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis With Embedding Needle Knife Therapy

Objective:By observing the effect of embedding needle-knife therapy on knee osteoarthritis,a safe and efficient treatment method is sought for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Method:From January 2020 to January 2021,60 patients were selected from the Department of orthopedic department I,Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine.60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis were selected for study.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by single blind random digital table method,each group was 30 cases.The patients in the treatment group were treated with embedding needle knife,once every 2weeks and twice as a course of treatment.The control group was treated with traditional acupuncture therapy,which was treated 5 times a week and 4weeks as a course.The results were compared with the visual analogue score(VAS),osteoarthritis index(WOMAC),Lequesne score index of osteoarthritis and efficiency of nimodipine before and after treatment.The relevant data were analyzed by spss25.0 statistical software.Result:1.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients in terms of age,gender,course of disease,X-ray stage,etc.(P>0.05),and the two groups of patients were comparable;2.After the treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups of patients was compared,the treatment group was 93.3%,and the control group was80%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups of patients were significantly lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05),the VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);4.After the treatment,the WOMAC scores and total scores of the two groups of patients were significantly lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the WOMAC scores and total scores of the treatment group were significant Lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);5.The Lequesne score index of knee arthritis of the two groups of patients after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Lequesne score index of knee arthritis in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Conclusion:1.Embedding needle knife therapy can effectively relieve pain,improve knee joint function,and delay the progression of the disease。2.Embedding needle knife therapy is safe and reliable,and it is worthy of clinical promotion。...
