Clinical Study On Treatment Of Renal Hyperthyroid Cystic Syndrome With Bushen Filling And Blood Circulation

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the method which is belonged with traditional Chinese medicine of tonifying the kidney, replenishing the essence, promoting the blood and dissipating the stasis in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of the method on B-ultrasonography, the serum endocrine hormones, basal body temperature (BBT), body mass index (BMI). To explore its mechanism, provide scientific basis for clinical application. And to explore the drug characteristics and academic thought of my tutor by the treatment of PCOS.Methods:Patients, PCOS with kidney deficiency and blood stasis, met in the Third Affiliated Hospital of gynecological clinic from September 2013 to December 2014. By method of self controlled study, observe the efficacy through the treatment. The specific prescription which is according to my tutor’s experience, shengdi 15g, shudi 15g, gouqi 30g, nvzhenzi 12g, duzhong 15g, shanyurou 12g, ruling 15g, baizhu 12g, danggui,12g, chuanxiong 9g, chishao 12g, baishaol2g, danshen 12g, taoren 9g, honghua 9g. Compare before and after treatment in patients with TCM symptoms, results of B-ultrasonography, serum hormones, BBT, and BMI. All data are established a database using Excel. Using SPSS 17.0 statistical software for operation, quantitative indicators were compared using the paired test, analysis of variance use independent sample test and comparison. All statistical tests were two-sided test, P< 0.05, with statistical significance. Result:1. After 42 patients who had PCOS with kidney deficiency and blood stasis had been treated with the therapy of tonifying the kidney, r replenishing the essence, promoting the blood and dissipating the stasis,9 ones(21.43%) were cured,21 ones (50.00%) were observably effective,9 ones(21.43%) were effective,3 ones(7.14%) were ineffective; and the total effective rate was 92.86%; 4 ones were pregnant.2. The effective rate accessed with TCM syndrome was 97.62%, especially menstrual disorder, acne, and sexual attenuation had been improved more significantly.3. The differences of T, LH, LH/FSH and E2 between the baseline and the end of the treatment were all statistically significant (P< 0.05); T, LH, LH/FSH was significantly decreased, and the E2 has increased. However, the differences of P, FSH and PRL between the baseline and the end of the treatment weren’t statistically significant (P> 0.05).4. The ovarian volume was significantly reduced after treatment than before; the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).5. BBT was significantly reduced after treatment than before; the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).6. BMI was significantly reduced after treatment than before; the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:1. Tonifying the kidney, replenishing the essence, promoting the blood and dissipating the stasis of PCOS were effective. And the treatment can improve clinical symptoms, menstruation, ovulation and sex hormone levels of PCOS patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis.2. The treatment has indirectly proved that kidney deficiency and blood stasis is one of the main causes of the disease, and using the treatment to treat PCOS has important significance to improve the clinical symptoms and ovulation function.3. The treatment may adjust the function of the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis and regulate endocrine environment to gain the goal of treating PCOS.
