Observation On The Curative Effect Of Bushen Huoluo Recipe In The Treatment Of Adolescent Polycystic Ovary Syndrome With Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Bushen Huoluo Decoction combined with Daying-35 in the treatment of puberty polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and to explore its mechanism of action,to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of the disease,and to promote the Bushen Huoluo Decoction combined with DAI-35 Promote the application in clinical practice.Methods:This study selected 60 patients with adolescent polycystic ovary syndrome with kidney deficiency and blood stasis from January 2016 to July 2017 in the gynecology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Using a random number table,the patients were treated according to the time of visits.They were serially numbered and randomly divided into two groups: 30 cases in the treatment group(Daiying-35+ Bushen Huoluofang)and 30 cases in the control group(Daying-35).The body mass index,acne,menstrual conditions,serological indicators,color Doppler ultrasound results,and total clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared before and after treatment to observe the changes.Results:(1)Compared with the control group,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.(2)The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in the improvement of TCM symptoms.There was no significant difference(P>0.05)after the withdrawal of the 3 menstrual cycles and after treatment,indicating that the treatment group was not easy to repeat and the long-term efficacy was acceptable.(3)The treatment group was able to lower the body mass index(BMI),which was statistically significant(P < 0.05).It also made the follicle mature and ovulate,and prevented the long-term complications of puberty patients with PCOS.(4)Bushen Huoluo Decoction combined with Daying-35 can improve the acne of patients,compared with the control group,there is statistical significance(P <0.05),and can significantly reduce the relevant laboratory indicators,compared with thecontrol group,there is statistical significance(P <0.05),indicating that Bushen Huoluo decoction combined with Yingying-35 can regulate the endocrine environment in patients.(5)Bu Shen Huo Luo Fang treatment of puberty PCOS kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome no obvious adverse reactions,with high safety,non-toxic side effects and other advantages than the control group is more secure.Conclusion:Bushen Huoluo Decoction combined with Daying-35 can effectively improve the menstrual,acne and clinical symptoms of patients,reduce serum T,LH /FSH,fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin levels,reduce the number of follicles,so that ovarian volume smaller than before,is the clinical On the treatment of adolescent polycystic ovary syndrome with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome effective drugs,and no obvious adverse reactions,high safety,clinical worthy of promotion.
