Clinical Observation Of Bushen Huoxue Decoction In Treating Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Infertility With Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with Letrozole treating blood stasis andkidney deficiency polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)infertilityclinicalefficacy andsafety,explore its mechanism of action,to provide a theoretical basisandtreatmentmethods forclinical treatment,and to promote the generalization and Application of Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with Letrozole in clinical treatment.Methods: 60 cases of Patientsin this studywere selected in 2017/1--2018/1visiting togynecology clinicof the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the random number table method andthe time of visits,the 60 cases ofpatients metthe conditions were randomly divided into two groups: 30 cases in the treatment group(Letrozole+ Bushen HuoxueDecoction)and 30 cases in the control group(Letrozole).Before andafter treatment in the two groups ofTCM symptom total score,serum sex hormone levels(LH,FSH,T,LH/FSH),endometrial thickness,period number of ovulationand pregnancy ratewere observed and compared.Observing disease change between two groups pre and post treatment,then draw a conclusion.Results:(1)After treatment,two groups of patients with TCM syndrome score,serum sex hormone levels(T,LH/FSH),endometrial thickness than beforetreatment were significantly different(P< 0.05),the treatment group wasbetter than the control group(P< 0.05).(2)The treatment group was better than the control group(P< 0.05)in increase endometrial thickness.(3)The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in the improvement of ovarian polycystic conditions andfollicle number(P< 0.05).(4)The treatment group was significantly higher thanthe control groupofperiod number of ovulation(P<0.05).(5)The treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05)in thepromotion of pregnancy.(6)The treatment group had no obvious adverse reactions during treatmentand follow-up period.Conclusion: Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with Letrozole can effectively improve theclinical symptoms of patients,decrease thelevel of T and LH /FSH,increase endometrial thickness,reduce the number of follicle,improve the period number of ovulation and pregnancyrate,is an effectivedrug for clinical treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome infertilityPCOS,and no obvious adverse reactions,high safety,are valuable to recommend in clinical application.
