Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Multiple Plantar Warts By Wenyang Jiedu Qudao Decoction And Its Effect On Cellular Immune Function

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Zi Ni Wen Yang Jie Du Qu You Prescription in treating multiple verruca plantaris. And its influence on immune function;Analyse the risk factors of multiple verruca plantaris;Research the Syndrome distribution of multiple plantar warts.Methods:By using the simple random grouping method,68 cases of multiple verruca plantaris patients were divided into 2 groups,which are TCM group and freezing group.2 doses of Zi Ni Wen Yang Jie Du Qu You Prescription (granule,Beijing Kang Tang Company Limited production)are given to TCM group,One dose of ZNWYJDQY Prescription is for taking orally, twice one day, once a bag. Put another dose (tow bags) into foot spa, which is temperature controlled type. First with the amount of boiling water to melt granules (Best temperature above 95℃), and then add water to 500ml, keep the temperature between 45℃-50℃. Each soak for 30-40min,once per day. Freezing group takes Liquid nitrogen cryotherapy,about once 2 weeks. The observation period is 8 weeks. Before and after the treatment,Detecte the expression of T-lymphocyte subsets(By the Central Laboratory of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Hospital East detection). At the same time, recording, photos, fill in the relevant observation table. Follow up for 3 months.Result:The 68 samples, fall off in 6 cases,4 cases of rejection. Of the final effective 58 cases,The treatment group and the control group with 29 cases in each group. The youngest patient was 8 years old, the oldest was 66 years old, the average age was 34.39±13.70 years old. The shortest course was 2 weeks, the longest 10 years, the average course of disease was 2.21±2.44 years. CD3+ T cell subsets without obvious changes in TCM group before and after treatment, at the same time,CD4±increased, CD8±decreased, CD4+/CD8±increased (p<0.05);Within freezing group, there were no significant changes inCD4+, CD8+, CD3+,CD4+/CD8+ (p>0.05). Tow groups, treatment of verruca plantaris were both effective (p<0.05); the effective rate of the TCM group is 89.7%, frozen group efficiency is 55.2%. Traditional Chinese medicine curative effect was better than the frozen group (p=0.003<0.05). the recurrence rate of The Chinese medicine group is 7.7%, the recurrence rate of frozen group is 50%.Conclusions:The Zi Ni Wen Yang Jie Du Qu You Prescription surpasses obviously the Liquid nitrogen freezing in the treatment of verruca plantar;The Zi Ni Wen Yang Jie Du Qu You Prescription can improve the peripheral blood T cell subsets, which regulates the cell immune function;Foot sweat is the main risk factors of multiple verruca plantaris; The high risk population of multiple plantar warts are young adults, mainly concentrated between the 20^40 years old people. Skin lesions of multiple plantar warts are mainly concentrated in the toes and soles. The most common syndromes in patients with multiple verruca plantaris is weak.
