Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Acne Vulgaris With Dialectical And Local Acupoints Combined With Scoring

Objective:This research adopts the syndrome differentiation,applies acupuncture treatment, combine with TDP on face and removes fat granule method. We made observation on the clinical effect of all kinds of acne. We use GAGS index and VAS to evaluate the effective of this treatment. At the same time, we try to reveal the difference for different skin lesions.Methods:33 cases of patients all come from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Dongzhimen Hospital acupuncture department from 2014.9 to 2015.2. They all conforms Western diagnostic standard.We adopt whole-body and local points according to zheng-differenceancy method. The main points are:quan-liao, ying-xiang, qu-chi (double), he-gu (double), zhong-wan, tian-shu (double), qi-hai, san-yin-jiao (double), bai-hui and local skin lesions, removes fat granule or clear papule. Apply lifting-thrusting reinforcing-reducing method, getting qi, retaining needle for 30 min each time.3 times a week, 15 times as a treatment course. All patients were evaluated by GAGS and VAS 6 times:before treatment, after 3 times, after 6 times, after 9 times, after 12 times, and 15 times. All types of skin lesions are involved. Evaluated by "criteria Chinese Drug clinical research guidelines Edition 2002 · acne disease。" All dates apply SPSS21.0 statistical software for analysis. All statistics the normality test and measurement data with X±S, accord with normal distribution using T test, unmoral distribution use nonparametric test, skewness distribution using nonparametric rank and inspection, Count data by chi-square test or nonparametric test, test statistics and their corresponding p values, are given with p< 0.05 for statistical significance.Results:1.33 patients receive 15 times treatment, the cure rate was 15.2%, the efficiency was 63.7%, effective rate is 91.0%. Through statistics processing P = 0.000< 0.001, there was a significant statistical significance.2. Various types of skin scores were significantly reduced after 15 times treatment,the acne and pimples (P = 0.000< 0.001) before and after treatment the score to reduce, the most obvious differences are very significant statistical significance, and pustules nodules cyst (P= 0.002< 0.01) before and after treatment the score also significantly reduced,with significant difference statistically significant.3. all dates dedicate that:after 3 times papules and pustules scores were decreased, the papule of score is the lowest (P = 0.004< 0.01), it shows significant difference; after 6 times treatment, acne, papules, and pustules scores were significantly reduce (P< 0.01), shows significant difference, after 9 times treatment of acne indurate cystica, the result shows significant difference (P = 0.002< 0.01); after 15 times treatment, acne, pimples and indurate cystica significantly decreased (P< 0.01), there is a significant statistical difference.4. After 15 times of treatment, the VAS score shows significantly difference compared with before treatment, and there is significant difference (P< 0.001).Conclusions:1. Acupuncture treatment and remove fat granule method could have defined treatment result for common acne.2. This method could obviously improve the patient’s skin lesions. Pimples is better than papule and acne indurate cystica.3. Our research shows that this method is safe, high efficiency, convenient, and easy to promote.
