Objective: through forward research of 96 patients with infraction, we explore the problem about cerebral infractional zheng's modern diagnostic criterion, which in order to discuss it whether concile with clinical practice. Then find out the relationship with CT and hemodynamics.Method: by means of artificial method, analyzing all patient syndrome's information, we divide it into five syndromes, such as wind and blood stasis, floating of yang due to yin deficiency, hot fire, phlegm-dampness. Then edit procedure to perform qualitative analysis of each patient syndrome's information and reach syndromes distribution by the diagnostic criterion. At last, using the loading coefficient of main syndromes and subordinate syndromes, carry out quantitative analysis of each patient syndrome's information and get syndromes distribution. Then compare them each other to show them no difference.Result: kappa coefficient of artificial method and quantitative analysis is 0.681, kappa coefficient of artificial method and qualitative analysis is 0.923, kappa coefficient of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis is 0.777, which show three methods no exident difference. CT and hemodynamics test show no relationship. Conclusion: the out put of zheng's diagnostic criterion is fully identical with clinical practice.
