In recent years. mammary gland is one of the important endocrine glands in human body. the incidence of a disease of mammary gland disease is gradually increasing. which has become one of the women’s common diseases.Breast cancer. in particular. is a common female malignant diseases. serious influence women’s physical and mental health. Therefore. study and explore the pathogenesis of breast cancer. from a medical point of view. has a very important significance.Objective: use high-throughput existing information data,to understand the differences about transcription of NATs between normal and cancerous breast under the condition of target gene expression. caused by a change in the regulatory mechanism of NATs for the future exploration.Method: the search for differentially expressed genes becomes a very important means of genetic research at present. Looking for differences in gene expression between method of subtractive hybridization. m RNA differential display. representational difference analysis. gene expression and sequence analysis. suppression subtractive hybridization. expressed sequence tags. c DNA microarray. semi quantitative PCR. quantitative PCR. Basing on the advantages and disadvantages of these methods. this thesis cites a newly developed IAOseq algorithm developed by our work team. using high-throughput transcriptome data. with the method for identification and assessment of NATs transcription information. In order to further infer the possible position of target cancer cells in gene therapy. improve cancer gene therapy has a great help.Results: through the analysis of the correlation and difference of IAOseq algorithm in the analysis of normal and cancerous breast cells under the condition of m RNA in transcription of NATs under the influence of the expression analysis and comparison of data.Conclusion: Based on the normal and cancerous cells with NATs comparison of expression of m RNA transcriptional overlap part of the expression of NATs in breast cells. transcription regulation is influential.Since the relationship of NATs and disease research has become a new hotspot in the research of the disease in recent years and the breakthrough point in medicine. researchers have began to explore the NATs as potential drug targets for diseases treatment. Yet in NATs and its regulation is still poorly understood. needs to be further in-depth research system. For high flux transcriptome sequencing data. to identify and evaluate the NATs transcription information method. this method has solved the restriction system research the key problems of NATs. Further infer gene therapy in cancer cells for the future possible position. target to improve cancer gene therapy has a lot of help.
