| Objectiv:rTo wangjing hospital of cardiology, chronic heart failure(CHF) cases died in hospital were analyzed retrospectively,to observe the clinical features of death cases,and the way of death,to explore the diagnosis and treatment in the standardization of western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the effect of mortality in patients with CHF.Methods:To collect on January 1,2007 to December 31,2014 wangjing hospital deaths from heart was in the hospital with clinical data, include:(1) general situation:name,sex,age,length of hospital stay,duration and main cause of heart failure and comorbid illness;(2)clinical characteristic:on admission heart rate,blood pressure,heart function grading,left ventricular ejection fraction,the BNP,treatment(means to treat heart failure)for the purpose of drug,treatment,laboratory and equipment inspection,the manner of death. Then data sorting and entry,using SPSS17.0 software package for statistical analysis.Results:Eight years,390 cases of hospitalized patients with CHF(1579m), with 139 cases of death (562),the total hospital mortality was 8.8%,with the domestic and international epidemiology is significantly reduced,show that on the basis of the standardized treatment of western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine can reduce mortality CHF patients. Male patients in this study,67 cases,72 cases of female patients,male to female ratio is 0.93:1.The average age of death of 80 patients (3680) years of age. Heart failure after survival of 48(1240). Distribution of syndromes:this deficiency by qi deficiency syndromes(78.42%) is given priority to,the rest of Yang deficiency syndrome (32.37%),Yin deficiency syndrome(30.94%). The firm mainly(80.58%)of blood stasis syndrome,water stop card (34.53%),phlegm turbidity syndrome(33.09%);Hot certificate,and certificate are relatively rare. Etiology of CHF patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension. Always complications:CHF cases died in hospital merger rhythm of the heart’s largest, 76 cases(54.7%).merging,61 cases of cerebral apoplexy(43.9%),hyperlipidemia 57 cases(41%),diabetes,54 cases(38.8%),18 cases(12.9%),chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(copd). In-hospital complications:pulmonary infection in 114 cases(82.0%),70 cases (50.4%),renal insufficiency,anemia,58 cases(41.7%), hypokalemia,48 cases(34.5%),hyponatremia,35 cases(25.2%),hyperkalemia,22 cases(15.8%). Cardiac function classification:the cardiac function class Ⅱ 19 cases(13.7%),cardiac function level Ⅲ 43 cases(30.9%),cardiac function level Ⅳ 77 cases(55.4%). Distribution manner of death:pump failure deaths 56 cases (40.3%),sudden death in 48 patients(34.5%),large area cerebral infarction 5 cases died(3.6%).bleeding in the brain death in 1 case(0.7%),other complications of 29 cases died(20.9%).Conclusion1, CHF patients significantly aging degree and the cause is given priority to with coronary heart disease and hypertension, and merge system disease, medical foundation is bad, the heavier.2, CHF cases died in hospital death way including pump failure, stroke, cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage and other complications, etc., are mainly composed of pump failure, and sudden death and other complications.3, In the standardization of western medicine treatment based on syndrome differentiation combined with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on the mortality of patients with chronic heart failure is beneficial.
