Clinical Study On Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure With Cardiopulmonary Qi Deficiency Syndrome By Combination Of Traditional Chinese Medicine And Bufei Yangxin Decoction

Objective:To study the clinical effect of the recovered therapy of traditional Chinese medicine cooperate with Chinese medicine in the treatment of the chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:For 60 patients with Chronic heart failure which was classified as qi-deficiency,they were randomly divided into Group A?Group B?Group C and each of them was respectived 20 cases.The Group A was given western medicine standardized treatment of Chronic heart failure,The Group B to add Bufei Yangxin Tang on the basis of the Group A,for one once a day,and The Group C to add Rehabilitation of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the Group B.AIl the above-mentioned treatments hospitalized 15 days,15 days to continue treatment after discharge,rehabilitation guidance Group C at the same time,a total of 30 days treatment.comparing the index of three groups of patients before and after treatment,including effect of Cardiac function,Left ventricular ejection fraction value,clinical symptoms core points scoring results,the correlation index of 6-minute walk test,and the quality of life core points scoring results,followed up for 5 months.Results:the index of three groups of patients before and after treatment,including effect of Cardiac function,Left ventricular ejection fraction value,clinical symptoms core points scoring results,the correlation index of 6-minute walk test,and the quality of life core points scoring results were improved,Result Group B had advantages to Group A,and Group C was better than that of Group A and Group B,There were no side effects during the treatment.Statistical analysis of the three groups before and after treatment and after treatment comparison between the three groups had significant difference.Followed up for 5 months,Group C without cardiovascular events,were no longer hospitalized patients,Group A and GroupB there were 6 cases and 2 cases of cardiovascular events and hospitalized again.Conclusion:the rehabilitation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic heart failure can effectively improve cardiac ejection function,cardiac function in patients with athletic stamina and quality of patients'life,also safety.
