Efficacy Of Topical Ulcer Oil In The Treatment Of Venous Ulcer Of Lower Extremities

Objective:Ulcer oil is a traditional Chinese medicine preparation in Dongzhimen hospital, which created by Professor Shi Hanzhang.Ulcer oil long-term widely applied in clinic by the promotion of Professor Yang Bohua,and achieved satisfactory clinical efficacy.At present we use retrospective statistical analysis, in order to further clarify ulcer oil efficacy and safety for the treatment of lower limb venous ulcer.The purpose of this study is to provide guidelines for selection of external use certain guidance.Method:30 cases of venous leg ulcer patients were collected by continuous in vascular surgery in our hospital from 2013 March to 2014 August.According to the random number table method to meet the conditions of the subjects were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group and the control group each with 15 cases.The treatment group used ulcer oil soaked in single-layer gauze evenly coated in the face of external application of sores, sterile gauze, then medical elastic bandage, the dressing was changed every day.The control group used 0.1% ethacridine lactate saturated monolayer gauze evenly spread in the wound, and then coated on sterile gauze, then medical elastic bandage.Treatment of 4 weeks in a row, respectively before treatment, treatment 1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks,4 weeks after statistical wound size, the colour and lustre of effusion, wound and wound granulation tissue, epithelial tissue, etc., as well as before and after 2 weeks treatment respectively take ulcer wound secretion in bacterial culture, record number of strains of wound.The collected data input into the SPSS 17.0 database, used to compare the difference of the treatment group and control group.Results:Treatment group curative effect compared with control group, in 4 week s after treatment, treatment group cure rate 73.33%, the total efficiency of 96.67%.In the control group cure rate 46.67%, total effective rate 46.67%.Through two groups o f nonparametric test level data, statistics think the curative effect of the two groups h ave significant difference, and prove that the treatment group than in control group.In sore surface color, by Wilcoxon rank sum test before treatment, Z=0.00, P=1.0>0.0 5; a week after treatment Z=-1.995, P=0.046<0.05; two weeks after the treatment, Z=-2.262, P=0.024<0.05; three weeks after the treatment, Z=-3.051, P=0.002<0.01; for fou r weeks after Z=-2.202, P=0.028<0.05.To sum up, from the beginning of the second week of the two groups had significant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group was better than that of the control group.In the aspect of wound granulation tissue, by Wi lcoxon rank sum test before treatment, Z=-0.597, P=0.550>0.05; a week after treatmen t Z=-1.617, P=0.106>0.05; two weeks after the treatment, Z=-2.118, P=0.034<0.05; thr ee weeks after the treatment, Z=-2.907. P=0.004<0.01; for four weeks after Z=-2.228, P=0.026<0.05.To sum up, from the beginning of the second week of the two groups had significant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group was better than that of the control group.In epithelial tissues, by Wilcoxon rank sum test before treatment, Z=0.0 0, P=1.0>0.05; a week after treatment Z=-1.995, P=0.046<0.05; two weeks after the tr eatment, Z=-2.262, P=0.024<0.05; three weeks after the treatment, Z=-3.051, P=0.002< 0.01; for four weeks after Z=-2.202, P=0.028<0.05. To sum up, from the beginning o f the second week of the two groups had significant difference (P<0.05), the treatmen t group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1 Topical Ulcer oil in the treatment of venous leg ulcer curative effect is better than that of ethacridine lactate;2 Topical Ulcer oil can improve local environmental ulcer surface, ulcer surface tissue necrosis dispel, promote wound granulation tissue growth, and inhibition of bacterial growth, accelerate the ulcer ulcer surface healing.3、Research shows that external ulcer oil can improve the local environment wound. This study suggests that ulcer oil is safe and reliable, simple operation, the curative effect is remarkable. Ulcer oil is worth in clinical promotion.
