External Use Ulcer Oil In Treatment Of Lower Limb Vein Ulcer Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Objective To observe the effect of the treatment of ulcers oil prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine.which is producted by dongzhimen hospital affiliated to Beijing university. Observing its curative effect which is conclude promoting ulcer surface area reduction, inhibiting wound bacterial reproduction, promoting granulation tissue growth, relieving the pain of the wound and so on. And try to explain the possible mechanism of action, analyses the reason of invalid. It hopes that coulde provide some reference for the selection drugs of external use.Methods51patients with venous ulcer were included in the clinical observation plan, all of them were conformed to the criteria,according to random number table method, the patients were divided into two groups: treatment group,27cases,24cases of the control group. Treatment group were cured by ulcer oil.which soaked in single-layer on a sand bar, evenly apply on affected area, apply with sterile gauze, finally dressing with sterile gauze bandage, the dressing was changed every day or two days. Control group:use of metronidazole injection to soak in single-layer sand bar, change medicine once a day or two days. During the treatment recording the size of wound area, exudation, growth condition of granulation and scoring on the1st,7th,14th,21th,28th day, and the quantity of strains that could be gotten by bacteria cultured from the ulcer surface on the first and the14th day。According to the wound situation assessment, carries on the quantitative score。Quantitative score as well as statistical analysis, using SPSS17.0statistical software calculation.Result Also with the two groups after treatment of wounds has obvious difference (P<0.05) before treatment. In the treatment group the pain Limb numbness itching>exudation and ulcer area in the before treatment was significantly higher than that in the after treatment on the7th,14th21st and28th day of treatment (P<0.05), there was signinif icant difference between before and after treatment of the treatment group in the granulation tissue color on the14th21st and28th day of treatment (P<0.05)。In the control group the pain、Limb numbness itching and ulcer area in the before treatment was significantly higher than that in the after treatment on the14th21st and28th day of treatment (P<0.05), the scores of granulation tissue color was signinficantly decreased in the conntrol group on the7th,14th,21st and28th day of treatment (P<0.05). Comparing with the control group, the scores of pain., exudation were significantly decreased in the treatment group on the21st and28th day of treatment, the cores of granulation tissue color and ulcer area were significantly decreased on the14th21st and28th day of treat-ment (P<0.05). Compared with the two groups of strains of bacteria quantity which were discharge cultured from ulcer surface, no significant difference (P>0.05)。Conclusion1. The external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, Ulcer oil, in the treatment of venous ulcer, promote ulcer healing effect is obvious, is superior to western medicine metronidazole cure;2. Ulcer oil external treatment could improve the wound environment,that is conducived to the growth of granulation tissue, promote the growth of granulation, and remove the saprophytic muscle effect is obvious. It also reflects the traditional Chinese medicine " The simmer pus long meat" thoughts.3. Althongh ulcer oil is certain anti-inflammatory effect,but not as antibiotics antibacterial anti-inflammatory effect.4. Treating Venous ulcer with external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine theory makes sense, traditional Chinese medicine external treatment has obvious advantages in the treatment of venous ulcers.
