China and the United States on the dust Sampling method has certain differences, but for the comparison between two different Sampling method, the related research is less, this thesis choose five electric welding workshop, using the same dust Sampling equipment, use the C hinese《Occupational health standard of poisonous and harmful substances in the workplace air monitoring Sampling rules》and the United States detection method《the Occupational Exposure from Strategy Manual》for individual Sampling for a long time, for a long time, and short time of fixed-point Sampling method to collect dust samples, compare different Sampling methods and different Sampling period and the Sampling position, Sampling collected under the condition of the relationship between the results of the dust concentration, to analyze different workplace dust produced by law and the relationship between different Sampling methods and discuss how to meet the requirements of the new Occupational health standards, establish a scientific and rational, practical and feasible, accord with China’s national conditions of dust Sampling methods provide a scientific basis. This study using SPSS16.0 statistical analysis software for the analysis of the sampling results, the result is:(a) point five workshops and individual sampling comparison between:(1) 80% of the individual sampling and significant difference was found in 15 minutes fixed-point sampled data;(2) 60% of the individual sampling and significant difference was found in 1 hour and fixed-point sampled data;(3) 60% of the individual sampling and significant difference was found in 8 hours of fixed-point sampling data.(b), 1 hour and 15 minutes between 8 hours of fixed-point sampling comparison:(1) 80% of the fixed point 15 minutes and significant difference was found in 8 hours of fixed-point sampled data;(2) 20% of the fixed-point 1 hour and 15 minutes fixed-point sampling data significant difference;(3) 40% of the fixed point and significant difference was found in 8 hours of fixed-point sampling data.(c) the two samples of the fixed-point sampling for China and the United States for eight hours, 8 1 hour and 15 minutes and 19 fixed-point sampling comparison can be seen that:(1) 0% of the U.S. eight hours fixed-point sampling data with a significant difference was found in C hina’s fixed-point sampling data;(2) 60% of the us 1 hour fixed-point sampling data with a significant difference was found in China’s fixed-point sampling data;(3) 40% of the us 15 minutes to fixed-point sampling data with a significant difference was found in C hina’s fixed-point sampling data;(d) the individual sampling method the comparison between C hina and the United States:(1) fewer file B workshop, for the two kinds of individual sampling method, the individual sampling sample is consistent, other conditions are consistent, can’t be variance analysis.(2) the other four workshops, 25% of the workshop of the individual sampling method is statistically,(3)75% of the workshop of the individual sampling method is not statistically difference between China and the United States.
