Purpose:By observing and detecting the influence of electroacupuncturetherapy of "Neiguan" on the electrocardiogram(ECG), serum creatine kinase (CK)and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) of rat models of myocardial ischemia inducedby isoproterenol. meridian, we probe into the therapeutic specificity along themeridian of acupoints,as well as reveal the protective effect ofelectroacupuncture therapy of "Neiguan" on myocardium,so as to provideexperimental basis for the clinical treatment of myocardial ischemia withelectroacupuncture.Material and method: In this experiment,we choose70healthy SPF rats of3to4months old as subjects, the weight of subject arranges from200g to230g.All subjects are provided by Benxi Experimental Animal Liaoning ChangshengBiologicals Co. ltd. After1week of adapting feeding, subjects were randomlydivided into blank control group containing10subjects, model group containing15subjects, Neiguan treatment group containing15subjects (electroacupunctureof Neiguan fot20min),Lieque treatment group containing15subjects(electroacupuncture of Lieque for2min),non-acupoint treatment group containing15subjects (electroacupuncture of the midpoint between the umbilicus andTianshu for20min). Before modeling, the rats were fixed and anesthetized forthe recording of normal ECG, qualified subjects can be selected. After therecording of ECG, myocardial ischemia models were established by abdominalsubcutaneous multi-point injection of isoprenaline hydrochloride (blank groupexcepted). Then the ECG of successful models were recorded, and the S-T segmentswere mapped. After the treatment, the ECG and content of CK, and LDH in serumof subjects from all the groups were detected and recorded.Results:1.After the treatment, S-T segments of ECG evidently descended. The outcome of Neiguan treatment group is better than the outcome of Lieque treatment groupand non-acupoint treatment group.2. After electroacupuncture treatment,compared with the model group, the contentof CK and LDH of Neiguan treatment group greatly reduced with statisticalsignificance (P<0.01)ï¼› Neiguan treatment group was better than Lieque treatmentgroup (P>0.05),with no significant difference, and no statistical significanceï¼›Neiguan treatment group was better than non-acupoint treatment group (P<0.01),with significant difference and statistical significance.Conclusion:1.Electroacupuncture therapy of Neiguan can significantly improve the ECG ofacute myocardial ischemia and has therapeutic function to improve the bloodsupplying of myocardia.2.Electroacupuncture therapy of Neiguan can inhibit the content of CK and LDHin serum of myocardial ischemia rat models.3. Neiguan treatment group was better than Lieque treatment group andnon-acupoint treatment group, which explained the therapeutic specificity alongthe meridian of acupoints.
