Objective: To observe the effect of PKC,KATP and MPTP,by electroacupuncture precomditioning(EA),pretreatment at Neiguan point in myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury(MIRI)on rat,and to explore the potential mechanism of cardiovascular diease and zangfu theory, the model of myocardial isclemia reperfusion injury in rats was eastablished.Method:40 male SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, ischemia reperfusion group,EA Neiguan group and EA Huantiao group. Before the building,EA Neiguan group and EA Huantiao group were stimulated Neiguan for 20 min/d,a total of 7 days. The rest two groups were only be bound for 20 min/d,a total of 7 days.Sham operation group only open the chest line without ligation. The rest of the three groups were ligated in third middle junction of the left anterior descending coronary artery. After the completion of the processing, all rats were be given electrocardiogram detection.Ligation's time was 40 min.Reperfusion's time was 60 min.Extracted the myocardial tissue.Observe PKC,Kir6.1,MPTP three indicators of change. Results: Ischemia reperfusion group of PKC,Kir6.1 significantly decreased in the control group(P<0.01)and MPTP increased significantly in the control group(P<0.01).EA group PKC,Kir6.1 compared with ischemia-reperfusion group and acupuncture Huantiao group was significantly increased(P<0.01).MPTP was significantly lower than that in ischemia reperfusion group and EA group(P< 0.01).There was no significant difference between ischemia reperfusion group and EA group(P> 0.05).Conclusion: Electroacupuncture Preconditioning Neiguan point by activating PKC,increase the opening of KATP,inhibit the opening of MPTP to against myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury and to protect the myocardium.
