Effect Of Xinmaonong On Coronary Heart Disease With Heart Failure And Its Effect On Plasma NT - ProBNP

Objective:To observe Xin Mailong Injection treatment of Coronary heart disease heart failure (gas yang deficiency, blood stasis syndrome) efficacy and its impact on the level of plasma NT-proBNP in patients.Methods:The study included44cases, all of they were diagnosed with coronary heart disease and heart failure (gas yang deficiency, blood stasis syndrome).and all the cases came from the Cardiovascular ward of Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. This study was conducted from October2011to December2013. All cases were divided into2groups.Using random, double blind, placebo treatment method,the treatment group and the control group with22cases in each. Two groups of patients On the basis of Western medicine treatment:Xin Mailong injection (2ml:100mg) was used for the treatment group, Xin Mailong injection simulation agent (2ml:100mg) was used for the control group. Two groups of patients continuous using the drug for a course of treatment (7days), To observe the two groups before and after treatment in patients with Heart failure clinical efficacy (Lee’s failure score), Cardiac function classification (NYHA), TCM syndrome classification, Minnesota quality of life questionnaire score and The level of plasma NT-proBNP. And SPSS19.0statistical analysis software was used to analyze all the data.Results:After a course of treatment,The effect of heart failure in two cases (Lee’s), Cardiac function classification (NYHA), TCM syndrome classification, improve quality of life were better than the control group (P<0.05).The values of plasma NT-proBNP was measured in treatment group decreased more significantly than-the control group (P<0.01). No adverse reaction was found in the entire treatment process. Therefore, the clinical efficacy of the combination therapy group was better than the control group.Conclusion:Xin Mailong injection in treatment of coronary heart disease heart failure (gas yang deficiency, blood stasis syndrome) can effectively improve patients with the clinical curative effect of heart failure (Lee’s), cardiac function classification (NYHA), TCM syndrome classification, reduce the plasma NT-proBNP levels in patients, the quality of patients’life improved obviously, The patient’s prognosis is good. Xin Mailong injection is safe, well tolerated and effective, So it provides a more reliable and scientific basis for clinical, worthy of further research and promotion.
