Clinical Observation Of Liqi Huoxue Dripping Pills In The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease With Stable Angina Pectoris(Heart Yang Deficiency And Heart Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the changes of related indexes before and after taking Qi and activating blood and blood dropping pills in patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(heart yang deficiency,heart blood stasis syndrome),and to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Li Qi Huoxue dropping pills.Methods:All the cases were observed from two Department of cardiovascular disease in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine in 09 months,2016,-2017,05 months.A total of 43 cases.Single arm test was used.The course of treatment was 4 weeks,and Liqi blood drop pills were taken orally,10 pills each time,3 times a day.The changes of angina pectoris score,nitroglycerin dosage,electrocardiogram effect,liver function(ALT,AST,STB,CB)and renal function(Cr,BUN)were observed before and after treatment.The difference of curative effect before and after treatment was analyzed and compared with SPSS18.0 statistical software.Result:1.Comparison of the curative effect of angina pectoris:the total score and single score of angina pectoris after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of angina pectoris after 4 weeks was 82.93%.2.The reduction rate of nitroglycerin was compared:the usage of nitroglycerin in patients taking Qi and activating blood and blood dropping pills was significantly lower than that before treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the rate of nitroglycerin reduction was 65.85%after 4 weeks of treatment.3.The change of electrocardiogram(ECG):the electrocardiogram ischemia was significantly improved after the treatment of Liqi Huoxue dropping pills.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of electrocardiogram was 60.98%after 4 weeks of treatment.4.Safety test:after taking Liqi Huoxue dripping pills,the liver function and renal function did not change significantly before treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Liqi Huoxue dripping pills can improve angina pectoris angina pectoris(heart yang deficiency,heart blood stasis syndrome)patients with angina pectoris symptoms.2.Liqi Huoxue dripping pills can reduce the dosage of nitroglycerin in coronary heart disease patients with stable angina pectoris(heart yang deficiency and heart blood stasis syndrome).3.Liqi Huoxue dripping pills can improve the ECG of patients with coronary heart disease,stable angina pectoris(heart yang deficiency,heart blood stasis syndrome).4.Liqi Huoxue dropping pills has no obvious adverse effects on the liver function and renal function of patients with stable angina pectoris((heart yang deficiency,heart blood stasis syndrome),and it is a safe treatment.
