| Objective:Through internal hole shrinkage and suture ligation incision drainage and anal fistula incision drainage the comparison of two kinds of operation method, observation assessment "inside mouth incision drainage" shrinkage and suture ligation of the clinical curative effect of surgical treatment for low simple anal fistula.Methods:Collected 60 patients met the inclusion criteria of low simple anal fistula patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, experimental group of 30 patients with internal ligation and suture of wound contraction and drainage, the control group of 30 cases with anal fistula incision and drainage. The two groups were observed the efficacy of operation, operation, postoperative pain, postoperative bleeding, postoperative wound, scar area size, wound healing time, anal function and were followed up for six months to observe the recurrence related factors such as statistics.Results:Experimental group after the wound area, wound healing, scar size, postoperative bleeding so much better than the control group, there was a significant difference (P<0.01); and in the 7 days after the day of surgery and anal pain, There was no aspect of urinary retention, edema incision, postoperative infection, recent clinical efficacy, impact and follow-up of six months anal function recurrence and other significant difference (P> 0.05); the operation time is slightly longer than the control group experimental group, there were significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion:Inside the mouth incision suture ligation shrinkage drainage can effectively treat low simple anal fistula. At the same time the procedure can reduce postoperative incisional wound, postoperative bleeding, shorten the time of wound healing, protection of anal function and reduce postoperative scar area, with fast track surgery (FTS) concept, mode of operation is a good treatment of low simple anal fistula.
