Clinical Study On Treatment Of Low Anal Fistula With Fistula Resection And Suturing And Drainage

Objective:To observe and evaluate the advantages, disadvantages and clinical curative effect of stitching fistula incision basement suture drainage in the treating low anal fistula by comparing stitching fistula incision basement suture drainage with fistula incision drainage.Methods:60hospitalized cases meeting criteria were collected from January,2012to July,2013in anus bowel division of Chengdu University of TCM Hospital.60cases were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group, then30cases in treatment group and30cases in the control group were treated with stitching fistula incision basement suture drainage and fistula incision drainage, respectively. Incision healing time, postoperative scar size, operative time, postoperative wound size, postoperative bleeding, postoperative pain, postoperative incision edema, anus function and relapse during the follow-up half a year of cases in the two groups were observed, then the data was analyzed by SPSS17.0statistical software, the bilateral inspection for alpha=0.05level was conducted.Results:The wound healing time, postoperative scar size, postoperative bleeding in patients of treatment group are better than that in control group, there is significant difference (P<0.05); On postoperative day1, day2to4,and day5to7anal pain, edema, postoperative secondary infection of the incision, anus function and relapse in follow-up for half a year between two groups have no significant difference (P>0.05); and operation time in the control group is less than experimental group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Stitching fistula incision basement suture drainage is not only effective in the treatment of anal fistula, protecting the function of anal sphincter, but also shortens the postoperative incision healing time, reduces the healing of incision scar size, protecting effectively of postoperative anal sphincter. It conform to the development trend of the current surgical minimally invasive, humanized operation, It has been proved that the stitching fistula incision basement suture drainage a good operation in treating low anal fistula.
