Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the drug Fujinshengjisan in curing low-set simple anal fistula after operation and confirm that the drug can promote healing of wound.Methods:The60anal fistula cases who met the inclusion criteria,with the order of their admission and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30cases in each group.All surgery patients gave the first treatment dressing on the second day after operation. The treatment group with sticky Fujinshengjisan saline gauze packing wound,another group with Radix yarn dressing,must be uninterrupted dressing to heal.Observe and record the lenght and depth of the wound on4,7,14days after operation.The time of all patients-wounds completely heal and the occurrence of adverse reactions were recorded. Then analyze the resulted data.Results:Through statistical analysis, comparing the initial wound length and depth of the two groups of patients after operation, it has no statistical significance (P>0.05).To compare the data about the lenght and depth of the wound on4,7,14days after operation, and the time of all patients, wounds completely heal,the results showed that clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Two groups of patients during treatment adverse reaction was not found.Conclusion:Fujinshengjisan can invigorate the circulation of Qi and blood,and remove stasis raw muscle. The drug can promote healing of wound and shorten the time of wound healing after anal fistula operation. Curative effect was exact,and did not prone to adverse reactions.
