| Objective:To observe the effect of chlorophyll derivative on the recovery of wound after low simple anal fistula.Methods:60 cases of anal fistula treated in Shijiazhuang traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method,which met the diagnostic standard of low simple anal fistula and was treated by sacral anesthesia in operating room.Treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30cases).The clinical efficacy of two groups of Postoperative Patients was observed for 21 days.The treatment group was treated with routine surgical dressing replacement with chlorophyll derivative(Hukanglu),while the control group was treated with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor(beifuji).The clinical effect observation mainly includes the following aspects: Postoperative wound Pain,Postoperative secretion,Postoperative granulation growth quality,Postoperative wound healing time,Postoperative wound granulation tissue bFGF,in Patients with Postoperative wound Pain,Postoperative secretion,Postoperative granulation growth quality,Postoperative wound healing time,Postoperative wound granulation tissue bFGF.The expression of FGF-10 and the total therapeutic effect after 25 days of wound healing.The clinical data collected were statistically analyzed by SPSS25.0 data analysis software.Results : The general clinical data of the two experimental groups,such as sex,age,course of disease and wound area after operation,were statistically analyzed(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups,and the difference was comparable.The wound Pain and wound secretion of the Patients after operation were statistically analyzed.On the 3rd and 7th day,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group on the 14 th day.On the 21 st day,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The granulation tissue growth of the wound after operation was statistically analyzed.On the 7th and 21 st day,there was no significant difference in granulation tissue score(P>0.05),but there was significant difference on the 14 th day(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group,P>0.05 on the 21 st day,and the difference was not statistically significant.The expression of bFGF in granulation tissueof wound was statistically analyzed on the 3rd and 7th day(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant,and the treatment group was superior to the control group on the 14 th and 21 st day(P>0.05).The difference was not statistically significant.The expression of FGF-10 in granulation tissue of wound was statistically analyzed.On the3 rd,14th and 7th day,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group on the 21 st day(P>0.05).The difference was not statistically significant.The total curative effect was statistically analyzed after 25 days.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 100%.The wound healing time of the treatment group and the control group was statistically analyzed(P>0.05).The average wound healing time of the two groups was 19.03±2.871 days and 20.60±2.328 days,respectively.there was no significant difference between the two groups.However,the time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group.After 25 days of treatment,the recovery of anal function between the two groups was statistically analyzed.There was no significant difference between the subjective and objective anal function between the two groups(P>0.05).During this experiment,there were 1 case in the treatment group and 1 case in the control group.2 cases had symptoms such as redness and itching,which were not given special treatment,the symptoms disappeared naturally,and no other discomfort occurred.The above conditions had no effect on this study.No allergies or other adverse reactions were found.Conclusions:The application of chlorophyll derivative in dressing-changing treatment of wound after low anal fistula can significantly relieve Postoperative wound Pain,reduce the secretion of Postoperative wound secretion,Promote the growth of wound granulation,and shorten the time of wound healing.The overall curative effect of the Patients was significantly improved.Chlorophyll derivatives had no adverse effect on the recovery of anal function after operation.Clinical medication was safe,effective and effective.There was no anaphylaxis and anal Pruritus.Figure 2;Table 16;Reference 95. |
