Purpose：Through observation on the basis of western medicinetreatment, replenishing qi and promoting blood and nourishing Yintreatment of diastolic heart failure. With pure western medicinetreatment and the clinical efficacy of compare, explain and reasonsqi and nourishing Yin method in the treatment of diastolic heartfailure has certain advantages and effectiveness.Material and method：From the first affiliated hospital of Liaoninguniversity of traditional Chinese medicine, the inpatient treatmentpatients,160patients diagnosed with diastolic heart failure and,in accordance with the principle of random divided into treatmentgroup and matched group (80cases)，two groups according to thefoundation treatment, the patients were given western medicinetreatment group was added replenishing qi and promoting blood andnourishing Yin drugs, treatment1months,6months follow-upobservation. Changes were observed before and after treatment of TCMsymptoms curative effect, the BNP, six months before the change ofthe hospitalization rate and mortality, to understand on the basisof conventional western medicine treatment, and replenishing qi andpromoting blood and nourishing Yin treatment method on the clinicalefficacy of diastolic heart failure (DHF).Results：Compare the efficacy of TCM symptoms, the treatment group than the control group with significant difference (P <0.05),treatment group curative effect is better than the control group;The BNP numerical comparison, the treatment group than the controlgroup there were significant differences (P <0.05), the treatmentgroup is better than the control group;6months afterhospitalization rate and mortality compared with significantdifference (P <0.05) in the treatment group curative effect is alsobetter than the control group.Conclusion：Treatment group and control group comparison:replenishing qi and promoting blood and nourishing Yin treatmentdrugs can significantly increase of TCM symptoms curative effect ofintegral, reduce the BNP numerical and6months after hospitalizationrate and mortality; That add reasons qi and nourishing Yin methodin patients with diastolic heart failure treatment, prognosis andquality of life has a certain value.
