| ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy and safety of treatment with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type of diastolic heart failure by traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.Methodsa total of 60 patients with selected, are in Shan Xi Province Chinese medicine hospital outpatient and hospitalization diagnosed with qi deficiency and blood stasis in patients with diastolic heart failure. A randomized single-blind parallel control principle, all cases were divided into two groups, control group 30 cases,conventional western medicine treatment; treatment group 30 cases, In conventional western medicine and Qishen Yiqi drop pills and Bawei Tongluo granule treatment.Treatment for 8 weeks.Resultstwo groups of N terminal brain sodium original NT- proBNP(pg/ml) level in the treatment group after treatment compared with the control group after treatment there was no significant difference(P > 0.05), but within two way more than before treatment were obviously improved. Since the severity of heart failure and NT-proBNP(pg / ml) were positively correlated, indicating heart failure condition ofthe patient improved. Echocardiography reaction index of left ventricular diastolic function E, A, E/A value of the treatment group after treatment compared with the control group after treatment has A very significant difference(P < 0.01), IVRT value in treatment group after treatment compared with the control group after treatment had significant difference(P < 0.05), the remaining value had no obvious difference.The treatment group had left the control group in improving the patient’s diastolic function. NYHA heart function effect of the treatment group after treatment compared with the control group after treatment there was no significant difference(P > 0.05), but the efficiency of treatment group was significantly better than the control group. 6 minutes walk test effect of the treatment group after treatment compared with the control group after treatment had significant difference(P < 0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group. Quality of life scale score in treatment group after treatment compared with the control group after treatment has a significant difference(P < 0.05). The treatment group patient’s quality of life improved significantly. Symptom curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine symptom integral always compare the two groups after treatment had significant difference(P < 0.05), TCM symptoms integral compare the two groups after treatment were very significant differences(P < 0.01). Plasma low shear viscosity indexes 5 treatment group after treatment compared with the control group after treatment has a very significant difference(P < 0.01); High shear viscosity 200 plasma treatment group after treatment compared with the control group after treatment had significant difference(P < 0.05); Plasma viscosity in the treatment group after treatment compared with the control group after treatment there was no significant difference(P > 0.05). Indicates that the treatment group than the control group can partly improve the hemorheology of patients, thereby reducing the risk factors of the disease. Two groups of patients with normal blood, urine, stool routine,liver and renal function tests before and after treatment were not seen obvious abnormity, the vital signs is not seen obvious abnormity.Conclusionthe treatment group treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type of diastolic heart failure than pure western medicine treatment curative effect, can significantly improve patients with cardiac diastolic function, relieve the clinical symptoms,improve quality of life. |
