Drug base AGAR dilution method:pomegranate peel polyphenols alcohol extract of s. aureus MIC of20mg/ml.Conclusion:Pomegranate peel polyphenols alcohol extract common pathogenic bacteria of acne, propionibacterium acnes acid bacillus has strong inhibition,500mg/ml of water extract of pomegranate peel polyphenols and the diameter of bacteriostatic ring is300mg/ml,100mg/ml, in turn, suggests this phenomenon may exist concentration dependence. The metronidazole for weak propionibacterium acnes acid bacillus bacteriostasis, deserves further research.
