Antisperm antibody (referred AsAb) positive is the important cause of immuneinfertility.Both men and women can lead to infertility by generatingAsAb.Statistics[1]showed that the positive of AsAb results female infertilityaccounted for10%to30%.The patients with AsAb generally no specific clinicalmanifestations,are usually found by coming for medical treatment of infertilityafter married for a long time,so it is easily missed.In recent years,AsAb positive result was proportional rise ininfertility,that has attracted the attention of the medical profession.Becausethe etiology and mechanism of the disease are extremely complex,and clinicalresearch is unclear,so,there is no effectively western medicine treatmentmethods.People often used isolated therapy, immunosuppression therapy,artificial reproductive technologies and so on in clinical.But there are somedefects: inaccurate result of isolated therapy and great effects of hormonesand artificial reproductive technology is expensive.This paper comprehensively reviews the literature on ancient Chinesemedicine’s understanding of infertility and conclusions the understanding andexperience of this diease’s pathogenesis and treatment in recent years fromtraditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.I summarized the tutor’sclinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of the disease based on theusual work.Professor Wangxin has been engaged in TCM obstetrics and gynecologyclinical work for decades.She has the rich clinical experience,and hasdistinctive ideas on the pathogenesis and treatment of this disease. ProfessorWangxin thinks that the disease refer to deficiency and excess.The deficiencysybdrome is deficiency of the kidney yin and the excess sybdrome is stagnatedheat.Treatments are mainly nourishing yin to reduce pathogenic fire and clearing heat and activating blood,that achieved good clinical efficacy.
