Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Sjogren 's Syndrome With Interstitial Pulmonary Disease

Purpose： To observe the curative effect of the therapy of Yiqiyangyinmeridians of interstitial lung disease Sjogren’s syndrome.Material and method：60patients With interstitial lung disease Sjogren’ssyndrome fibrosis were divided into2groups,the effect of Yiqiyangyin meridiansin Treating30cases as treatment group，taking the total glucosides of paeonyin30cases as control group，30days are1period of treatment，observing thecomprehensive clinical efficacy after3periods of treatment，TCM symptomsintegral, laboratory indicators，pulmonary function，MRC degree of dyspnea，the clinical curative effect observation of tonifying Qi yin meridians.Results：the total effective rate of treatment group was73.33%;the controlgroup the total effective rate was53.33%，the effective rate of the treatmentgroup was better than control group in the treatment group and the control groupbefore and after treatment of the TCM symptoms integral within the group，drymouth，dry eye symptoms score，the amount of drinking water, eye filter papertest，erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)，CRP,pulmonary function，MRC degreeof dyspnea were significant difference (P<0.05)，shows that the overall effectof the treatment group than that in control group.Conclusion：Yiqiyangyin meridians combined treatment of interstitial lungdisease Sjogren’s syndrome can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,signs and laboratory examinations, have a good therapeutic effect.
