Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Tumor Complicated With Pleural Effusion By Modified Lung And Spleen And Promoting Water

Purpose：In order to observe the lung spleen the water method to improve thesymptoms of cancer merger pleural effusion.Material and method：Using the methods retrospective analysis.ReviewAffiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Oncology June2011to December2012hospitalized patients.They were all confirmedby imaging studies, histological examination and cytology,diagnosed with cancermergering pleural effusion.And spleen werer used Xiefei Water Act decoctiontreatment on the basis of conventional therapy.Medical records of61cases wereobserved.The symptoms were compared before and after treatment.All measurementdata using both learn to use the system for statistical analysis and processingsoftware spss17.0.Results：1.61cases of pleural effusion in patients with tumors with short breaths,fatigue, anorexia, cough, poor sleep, constipation, chest pain, difficultybreathing, urinating less and fever are the main symptoms.37cases in whichbreathlessness, shortness of breath, fatigue in37cases,36cases of anorexia,cough,35cases,28cases of poor sleep, constipation19cases,18cases of chesepain, dyspnea in16case,10cases of less urine, fever and six cases.2. common symptom improvement rate:62.1%of breathlessness, shortness of breath,fatigue,75.6%,61.1%, anorexia, cough,65.8%,71.4%, poor sleep, constipation,68.4%,77.8%, chest pain, dyspnea75.0%,60.0%less urine, fever83.4%. P<0.05,Symptoms after treatment than before treatment. It has a statisticalsignificance.3. Before and after the inclusion of61patients taking the medicine for KPS score.KPS increased in6patients,46patients stable, decreased in nine cases, improve the stability rate of85.2%.（p<0.05）, It has a statistical significance.Conclusion：1. Treatment of malignant pleural effusion in patients with advanced use Xiefeispleen decoction Water Act. For they appear short of breath, fatigue, anorexia,cough, poor sleep, constipation, chest pain, difficulty breathing, urinatingless symptoms of fever after treatment was significantly better than beforetreatment.2.
